Destruction– 1982~ –

Destruction, formed in Germany in 1982, is one of the Big 3 of German thrash (alongside Kreator and Sodom). Their sound is characterized by Schmier's roaring vocals and Mike Sifringer's razor-sharp riffs exploding into an ultra-primitive, destructive wall of sound. Their landmark albums include the classic 'Infernal Overkill' (1985) and 'Eternal Devastation' (1986), with standout tracks like "Mad Butcher," "Curse the Gods," "Nailed to the Cross," and "Bestial Invasion."
