Steve Vai is a guitar maestro born in 1960 in Carlisle, New York, USA. After playing with bands like Frank Zappa, Alcatrazz, David Lee Roth, and Whitesnake, he primarily pursued innovative instrumental rock as a solo artist. His landmark album is the timeless classic Passion and Warfare (1990), with signature tracks including "For the Love of God," "Tender Surrender," and "The Attitude Song." His superhuman technique and emotionally rich playing make him a god-tier figure in guitar, someone any heavy rock fan absolutely must worship!
