Destruction– 1982~ –

Destructionは1982年にドイツで結成されたジャーマンスラッシュのBig 3（Kreator、Sodomと並ぶ）の一角。Schmierの咆哮とMike Sifringerの鋭いリフが炸裂する、超プリミティブで破壊的なサウンドが特徴。代表アルバムは名盤『Infernal Overkill』(1985)、『Eternal Devastation』(1986)、代表曲は「Mad Butcher」「Curse the Gods」「Nailed to the Cross」「Bestial Invasion」あたり。Teutonic Thrashファンなら絶対にハマる、永遠のデストラクション・マシーン！
